Patricia Rosario
Not strictly a "Vampirella" model, Patricia has the distinction of being the Vampirella comic book cover model for Vampirella Monthly #16 and Vampirella Monthly #17 in her guise as Pantha, Vampirella's long time sidekick and friend from the Warren era. I haven't been able to find out much about this particular lady, but (the internet being what it is) I am sure someone will contact me with more info one day.
