Michael Dooney
After a long childhood spent reading comics and science fiction books, Michael was destined for a career as a fantasy artist. He studied Advertising at the New York Community College and then joined the Illustration Department of the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan. Michael spent several years as a freelance illustrator in New York City before moving to New England. Probably best known for his work on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Transformers comic books, Michael has a wide portfolio of work in the comics, games, and toys markets, and is the creator of the Gizmo series for Mirage Studios. He hasn't produced much in the way of Vampirella art (that I am aware of) but what I've found is below. Hopefully, there will be more Vampirella art to come!
